Tasting Notes:

 

A deep purple blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with black berry and dark chocolate flavours on the nose. The ripe, black fruit and chocolate characters from the oak fills the mouth and balances the well-structured palate. The aftertaste is elegant and fruity. The wine can be enjoyed with curries, mild or hot, roasted beef with rosemary dressing.

Region: Western Cape

 

Tasting Notes:

 

Brilliant light red colour emphasizes the youth and freshness. Well balanced, muscat and perfume bouquet with a strong, delightful muscat on the palate and a pleasant, sweet aftertaste. Food suggestions:  Serve as an aperitif or as dessert or enjoy wine with crushed ice in summer.

Tasting Notes:

 

A full bodied classically Bordeaux style blend with plumy nutty flavours and some assertive mineral  - berry flavours on the nose and a touch of spice. The wine follows through with a silky, balanced palate with fine ripe tannins and good fruit with a long lingering finish. A wine made to age.
